A show about the power of cooperation, empathy and relationships.
IN THE LAND OF PIXELS is a modern children's show that combines dynamic action with a deep social message.
The story of four students who magically enter the world of a computer game becomes an excuse to talk about the most important thing - human relationships. Children, trying to “win” the game, have to complete subsequent tasks, which only outwardly resemble challenges from virtual worlds. The real challenge is cooperation, mutual trust and acceptance — both of others and of oneself. The show addresses the themes of loneliness in the group, communication difficulties, exclusion, shyness, the need to be noticed — from a perspective close to children. The advantage of the performance is a modern form: interactivity, author's songs in the style of hip-hop and electronic scenography. It is a language that children understand and accept, which makes them even more willing to enter the story.
Why you should come:
the performance teaches to recognize emotions and name them in a safe way, strengthens social competences: cooperation, empathy, responsibility, inspires reflection on the role of each person in the group and building healthy relationships, is an excellent starting point for conversation.
For groups organized after the performance, it is possible to conduct workshops with actors.
