“In the urban jungle” - a children's performance

We invite you to an educational show for children!

Strzelecki Cultural Center cordially invites the youngest spectators together with their parents to a unique theatrical performance entitled “In the urban jungle”, which will take place on November 15, 2026 at 16:00 in the SOK performance hall.

Can a city street resemble a real jungle? How to move safely on the road? When should I call the emergency number 112? The answers to these and many other questions the little ones will know

during a show full of humor, music and interesting adventures!

“In the Urban Jungle” is an author's educational and preventive spectacle, which in an accessible and entertaining way addresses extremely important issues related to the safety of children — both in road traffic and in emergency situations.

During the performance, the little spectators will learn about the emergency number 112, see the action of the firefighter and learn how to behave properly during a fire. Mr. Policeman together with Wioletta from the Traffic Department will show the children how to cross the street safely.

There will also be fun situations! On the example of the reckless Lucia and the sympathetic driver Gienia, the children will see what a moment of inattention on the road can lead to. Everything is presented in an attractive cabaret and musical form, combining humor, music, dance and valuable educational content.

What makes the spectacle stand out?

• Authentic character — original script, music, scenography and choreography create a unique story that engages young viewers.

• Education through play — children learn the basic rules of the road, learn safe behaviors and the right response in emergency situations.

• Interactive form - actors invite children to the stage, encouraging them to play together and check the knowledge gained. Surprise for the little ones — at the end of the show, the children will receive coloring pages.

The show is aimed primarily at children of preschool and early school age.
