Naru, the only cameraman at Kabul's main television station, is struggling with a custody battle for her three-year-old son. After leaving her unfaithful husband, she is convinced that there are no “good men” in her country. However, her conviction is shaken when Qodrat, Kabul TV's top reporter, offers her a job together. As the couple moves through the city chronicling its final days of relative freedom, tension and closeness are born between them. Naru begins to question his own beliefs — are there really no good men anymore?
