Closeness is the basic desire of man. It accompanies us from birth to death. Often, however, life experiences and culture cause us to fear it. The show “Walls, costumes, make-up — the two of them” shows how difficult it is to take the risk of meeting another person.
The hope for satisfying and joyful moments is mixed here with the fear of disappointment and suffering. The protagonists of the show take up this challenge because, as is well known: “who does not risk, this champagne does not drink”...
