Ceramic workshops for everyone — gluing and painting

We invite you to ceramic workshops for all those interested — for children, youth, adults and seniors! Children under the age of 12 can participate in the workshop with the help of a caregiver/parent. The workshop will consist of two meetings, during which we will create unique ceramic vessels.October 12 — Clay makingDuring the first meeting, we will make clay dishes with our own hands. At the end of the class, the works will be subjected to the first firing in a ceramic kiln.Oct 26 — GlazingAt the second meeting, we will give color and character to our works by painting them with special ceramic glazes. After that, the dishes will go to the stove a second time to pass the final burnout. After the last firing, the work will be ready for reception by the participants. The resulting dishes will be not only a beautiful souvenir from the workshop, but also fully functional objects — it will be possible to serve food in them, use them every day or use them as interior decoration. This is an excellent opportunity to spend time creatively, to learn the basics of ceramics. No experience is required! We invite you to subscribe. We work in intimate groups. 🙂 Dates: 12 October (clay moulding), 18.00-20.00 and 26 October (glazing), 18.00-20.00 Duration: two meetings of two hoursCost: 160 zł (price includes two meetings, all necessary materials and firing in a ceramic oven) Venue: Port Szczecin Association, Garncarska 5/4 (1st floor, intercom no. 4) Registration: through our website or by e-mail stowarzyszenieportszczecin@gmail.com Conducting: Zuzanna BurzecIf you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail: stowarzyszenieportszczecin@gmail.com
