Chemical workshops — peeling

Obluże Library invites children aged 6-12 years to chemical workshops on the creation of scrubs. During classes, children create their own safe cosmetic for skin care, using natural ingredients such as sugar, salt, vegetable oils and aromatic additives.

Participants independently mix the ingredients, watching how a thick, fragrant mass of the right consistency is formed. The workshop shows in an accessible way what mixtures are and how different components affect the properties of the cosmetic. Ready-made scrub each participant takes home as a practical, self-made souvenir

Duration: about 60 minutes.
