We invite you to a unique workshop, during which we will travel back in time to an era when coffee was a luxury worthy of kings, and its preparation — a real art.
During the meeting you will learn about the fascinating history of coffee in former Poland — from the “ugly drink” of Morsztyn to a noble delicacy, for which ladies even took divorces! In the practical part, step by step, we will prepare the traditional old “breakfast” - aromatic coffee served with cream baked with yolks, almonds and wafer.
Then there will be a tasting of the prepared drink in a unique setting.
We invite lovers of history, cuisine and interesting taste experiences and coffees of all kinds!
