Music and integration workshops for seniors — Music knows no age

Music does not know the age are Saturday meetings in a small, intimate group. During the workshops, Eliza Ludkiewicz — psychologist, oligophrenopedagogue and art therapist, will introduce participants to the elements of music therapy, showing how music can relax the body and mind, improve psychophysical condition, stimulate creativity and release endorphins. The second part of the meeting has an informal nature of integration with coffee, tea and a sweet snack. Be our guests and allow yourself a moment of relaxation in a unique atmosphere.
