A series of workshops in motion, intuitive dance, improvisation,

No judgment, no pressure.

In the workshop, you can allow yourself to feel,

accepting any signs, impulses that the body sends you, wanting to act

in your favor. There are times when it gives signals that change the previous

functioning, self-perception. These can be conditions diagnosed, named,

examined, it may be “baggage” that begins to weigh.

In this case, to let go does not mean to get rid, but rather

Allow to BE.

During the workshop, we recognize that the rhythm of the body can

change, fitness is not constant, mental and physical experience affects

to how we are in the world, and presence does not have to be explained.

We work with what is possible on a given day

Sometimes it's a step, sometimes a breath, sometimes just being in space with others.

The intuitive dance in LET IT GO is not a lesson, it is not a therapy.

It is a safe space to listen to the body, its rhythms, constraints and impulses — without correcting them or judging them.

Movement can be: very small or slightly noticeable, performed while sitting

or lying down, interrupted by rest, completely individual. Here and now.

Workshops give you the opportunity to stop at your own experience — physical

and mental — as it appears at the moment. Not as a stage to

transition, but as a place to stay.

Without the pressure of fitness.

No narrative of improvement.

Workshops can be an experience for people who want to return to the body to

to regain a relationship based on trust with him.

The first editions of the workshops were carried out under the name “Nie” and dedicated

people suffering from multiple sclerosis.

Today, this idea is continued and expanded — workshops remain open to

people in a variety of experiences of change, without having to name them,

Diagnostics.

It is a space without pressure and without having to translate your experience.

For whom?

This part of the workshop is an invitation to those who

They need a moment of stopping. For those who function on a daily basis

in tension, in the rhythm of expectations, in constant responsiveness — regardless of

of what this condition results from.

Friendly atmosphere

During the class, in the hall, we set up several chairs. You can from them

use at any time. Nobody evaluates your work or the work of others

participants — this is a place full of acceptance and support.

There are no barriers.

Regardless of age, level of fitness or type of disability, these

workshops give the opportunity to express oneself through movement and improvisation.

Conducting

Antek Kurjata — dancer and choreographer with empathy and professionalism

will introduce you to the world of movement and dance. As he himself says: “Workshop activities

are scheduled in such a way that each person joining at any time

She didn't feel that anything had missed her. Everyone who participates in the meetings

decides to what percentage he performs a given exercise, has the right to rest and observe actions from the outside.”

The workshops are recommended for people who can participate in the entire cycle of meetings to experience the process more fully.

Due to the implementation of classes in the historic halls of the former Castle

Cesarski, we encourage you to make it more comfortable during the winter months

and spring bring a warmer set of comfortable clothes to participate

in the workshops.
