Gee, put away the cell phone! Online games, apps and their use are the number 1 topic of discussion and dispute in many families. They constantly interrupt us and prevent us from doing really meaningful activities. We often sit together in a room, but each in front of their own screen. That sucks!

But isn't it also great fun to play games with friends, send emojis or stickers to your best friend, watch a funny video or shoot a small movie yourself? And finally, the cockatoo can also be reached at any time via smartphone and podcast app.

When does it make sense to be online and when is it good? Or too much? And why are some applications really addictive and quitting is twice as difficult? Should everything therefore be banned right away? Or are there other ways to make media use better for children?
