At WELTSTUDIO Spezial in BERLIN GLOBAL, you invent your own maps. Show favorite places, fantasy worlds, or places that only exist in your imagination. Together with artist Luisa Walther, you can tuft. In doing so, you work colorful woolen threads into fabric and create a large, joint map. Do you like color? Then marble your own little globe. To do this, dip a white ball into water and paint. Each ball looks different and can go home with you.
In the reading lounge, actress Jessica Cuna reads stories of travel and the world at 12:00 and 14:30. There are also picture books, atlases and books about maps, cities and the world. There is space for the youngest to crawl, play and discover.
Come by or stay all day. All offers are open and invite you to participate.
Languages: German and English. Our guides also speak Spanish, French and some Turkish. If you would like support in one of these languages, please contact our local agents.
