Wesmo kicks the door in to Little VEGA with heavy halter

Wesmo doesn't bother making the music all the others are making.

This is evident on his latest single “HUH”. The grime rapper has taken the Danish rap underground by storm, and with the single's appointment to P3's Inevitabile, his uncompromising sound has now also found its way to a wider audience.

With the Deput-EP 1 YEAR, he cemented his distinctive sonic universe that draws distinct strands to the British grime scene. The result is a sound with a strong local feel, carried by heavy bass beats, sharp flows and a direct lyrical expression with roots firmly planted in the underground.

The raw energy is only cranked up further when Wesmo walks on stage.

The music has already been allowed to live at the Danish festivals, including at Smukfest, where the concert developed into a big party with pyro, crowdsurf and high intensity. GAFFA gave it five stars and wrote:

“It took just half an hour for Wesmo to conquer Smukfest with exactly what he had promised: bone-hard halter with a lot of speed.”

On January 8, 2027, Wesmo once again turns up the intensity when, with sharp flows, heavy beats and plenty of attitude, he spits grime in Lille VEGA.
