Westlife is coming to Denmark on its 25th anniversary tour!
Globally acclaimed pop group Westlife today announce concert dates in the UK and Europe marking their 25th anniversary -- the Westlife 25: The Anniversary World Tour. The news comes in the wake of two sold-out shows at London's iconic Royal Albert Hall next week with further dates added in Dublin and Belfast due to huge demand.
The tour begins in September 2026, where audiences can look forward to a euphoric live show interspersed with hits from their extraordinary careers featuring timeless ballads and global chart-toppers.
Westlife has just released the brand new single “Chariot”, written by Ed Sheeran, Johnny McDaid and Will Reynolds with Steve Mac as co-writer. A special release to their fans as part of the celebration of their anniversary, the number is a powerful, life-affirming anthem that pays tribute to love, family and life's momentous moments.
The single will also be part of Westlife's upcoming album 25 — The Ultimate Collection, which will be released February 13 — a tribute to their record-breaking career, combining 21 fan favorites including: “You Raise Me Up,” “Uptown Girl,” and “Flying Without Wings,” as well as brand new material recorded by all four Westlife members: Shane, Nicky, Kian and Mark.
Westlife said: “This year marks 25 years since we started this incredible journey together and it still feels like only the beginning. Het ondersteuning van onze fan has been unbelievable, and to celebrate with this world tour, new music, and a brand-new album feels truly special. We can't wait to see you all on the road and share this next chapter together.”
Over the past 25 years, Westlife has marked itself out as one of the most successful pop groups in history. Their music has been streamed over three billion times globally, they have achieved 36 #1 albums worldwide, 14 #1 singles in the UK (second only to Elvis Presley and The Beatles), sold over 55 million copies, over one billion YouTube views and sold more than six million concert tickets worldwide.
Their most recent tour, The Wild Dreams Tour, sold over 1.2 million tickets alone, and since their reformation in 2019, the group has performed with over 200 shows in 30 countries. Westlife remain the UK and Ireland's top-selling album group of the 21st century, and in 2026, resident fans will have the opportunity to celebrate this with them when they occupy the Royal Arena.
