About the event

Westside Cowboys are coming to Germany for two exclusive shows in autumn 2026 and playing at Helios 37 in Cologne on October 30, 2026 and at Lido in Berlin on November 6, 2026. The band is one of the most exciting new names on the British indie scene and has made a name for themselves internationally in a short time with their unconventional sound between indie and alternative.

With their second EP “So Much Country 'Till We Get There”, which was released in January 2026 via Adventure Recordings, an imprint of Island Records, Westside Cowboys are cementing their reputation as one of the most exciting new UK bands of the moment. The songs combine great melodies with a charmingly unpolished approach to country, indie and art rock — a style that the band themselves describe with a wink as “Britainicana.” Singles such as “Don't Throw Rocks” and “Can't See” were included in the BBC 6 Music playlist and received additional support on BBC Radio 1. Westside Cowboy has already achieved exceptional status live in particular. After a completely sold-out UK tour in January and February, first US dates at the end of 2025 and concerts with Geese and Black Country, New Road, the band is growing with impressive dynamism. Performances at festivals such as Glastonbury, Green Man and End of The Road have shown how powerful their live shows are: direct, intense and full of energy. The fact that the band is already playing larger venues even before a debut album has been released underlines their position within a new wave of British guitar bands.

Westside cowboys include Reuben Haycocks, James Bradbury, Aoife Anson O'Connell and Paddy Murphy. What distinguishes the four is an almost intuitive interplay that gives their songs a particular directness. Between raw emotionality, musical openness and strong shared dynamics, the result is a sound that appears familiar and at the same time opens up something new.

The latest EP was recorded in New York with renowned producer Loren Humphrey, who has recently worked with Cameron Winter, Arctic Monkeys, Lana Del Rey and Wunderhorse, among others. This collaboration marks the next development step for a band that is consciously leaving their comfort zone behind and continuously expanding their sound. The German shows in autumn 2026 offer the opportunity to see Westside Cowboys live at a decisive moment in their career
