Whirlpool Sessions (Downstairs)

The fourth series of our Whirlpool series commences tonight. Six recently graduated musicians selected by the heads of the courses at our main conservatoires in London.

Tonight we get a chance to hear them all ahead of individual curations in future months.

“The Whirlpool sessions are intended to give young musicians a platform, and for London’s Vortex jazz club has succeeded in bringing together a diverse and well-balanced group of musicians who have chemistry.” (Dick Hovenga, Writteninsound.com)
