With 2027 comes darkness: Whitechapel occupies Amager Bio with Burn Forever Tour 2027

On February 21, 2027, Whitechapel hits Amager Bio with their most brutal material to date. With Sylosis as special guests as well as 200 Stab Wounds and Tribal Gaze as support, the audience can expect an evening where gravity, intensity and pure extreme metal take center stage.

Whitechapel stands somewhere in the career where the name itself inspires respect. Since forming in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2006, the band has built up one of the strongest catalogs in modern metal. With the classic core consisting of Phil Bozeman, Ben Savage, Zach Householder, Alex Wade and Gabe Crisp, and with Brandon Zackey behind the drums since 2022, they have honed and refined their expression over nearly two decades.

With their latest album 'Hymns in Dissonance', the band turns up everything that makes them a force in the genre. According to guitarist Alex Wade, the goal was clear. They would write their heaviest album to date. Nothing nice. Nothing polished. The riffs, lyrics and mood were supposed to be shocking, menacing and brutal.

On stage, Whitechapel is known for delivering with a physical and vocal intensity that is felt throughout the body. Bozeman's vocals range from deep growls to freshly processed, cutting highs, recorded on the band's own premise and focusing on developing his distinctive screams. It's a new age sensation with roots in the classic expression.

When Burn Forever Tour 2027 hits Amager Bio on February 21, it will be featuring a catalogue that ranges from the breakthrough years to the latest material. With Sylosis as special guests and 200 Stab Wounds as well as Tribal Gaze as support, the stage is set for an evening where the heaviness is given free rein.
