“Evening at the microphone” — concert by Sing Sing

From longing for the times when families gathered at the radio to listen together to the most popular performers, beautiful songs and intelligent sketches, broadcast live from the headquarters of Polish Radio — a program was created that will take us into the sentimental world of the 50s and 60s.

The SING SING team led by Cecylia Biel once again invites you to the salon filled with the biggest hits including Maria Katerbska, Natasha Zylska, Kasia Sobczyk, Irena Santor and Rena Rolska. In a light, cabaret convention, full of humor and energy, there will be no shortage of calmer, reflective and moody moments. The excellent script and direction of the “live broadcast” concert are thanks to the wonderful Cecilia Biel, who has been leading the Sing Sing Band since the beginning. The warm salon atmosphere, choreography and styling referring to the wonderful fashion era of the 50s and 60s make many eyes tear after the times when we listened to music, talked and played bridge together. It was just hanging out with each other.

Whose heart beats in the rhythm of cha-cha and dreams of bajo bongo... whose boy keeps kicking the ball or is like a fast Bill. Who dreams of love in Portofino, when the white lilacs bloom again... Let it not wait, let it not delay! He will pull out of the closet a sweater with diamonds, a colorful scarf, suspenders, clips, colored ties, floral dresses and a checkered blazer and will drop into our “Radio” for an evening musical and cabaret show, in which we will again feel the carefree youth, whose “years will not be taken by anyone”!

How to get there?

Information about the objectPałacyk “Sokół” is located in the City Park, accessible from Adam Mickiewicz Street and M. Kublińskiego Street. In the park itself there is a ban on the movement of vehicles. Distance from the park gates to the Palace — entrance from Kublińskiego street approx. 200 m, entrance from Mickiewicza street approx. 150 m. Access by public transport bus to Skawina Szkoła stop (Mickiewicza street): 203, 223, 233, 235, 273, 295, S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S1z, S3z, S6z. Railway station, Władysława Sikorski street, distance approx. 500 m.

Where to park? Access to the building from the city parking located at Żwirki Wigury Street. It is a public car park, with more than forty parking spaces, among which three parking spaces for OZn have been designated correctly marked, with the correct dimensions. These places are located at a considerable distance from the building. The surface of the parking lot is lined with a concrete openwork slab, which makes it difficult for people in wheelchairs, moving on crutches or with a cane.
