wilt

In just three years since their first show, wilt has become one of the most hyped bands on the nascent Los Angeles alt rock scene, reaching more than 12 million streams and 100 million views on Instagram and TikTok. Thanks to an ever-growing fan base, their debut single “gwen” was met with huge enthusiasm, quickly reaching a global audience thanks to the band's viral content. Subsequent wilt singles from 2023 and their eponymous EP from 2024 further accelerated their dynamic development.

The band names Hole, Radiohead, Weezer and Mannequin Pussy as their inspirations, while frontwoman Chelsea's dynamic vocals are often compared to Hayley Williams, Debbie Harry and Joan Jett.

Over the past two years, the band has gained experience supporting artists such as The Warning, Destroy Boys and Lovejoy. However, this year wilt began selling out its own headliner concerts in major US cities. With a debut album and more tours on the horizon, all indications are that 2026 will be a breakthrough for Wilt.
