Beskrivelse:

36 years after the release of the film, we return to the dance floor to tell the author's story inspired by the characters, music and atmosphere of “Dirty Dancing”.
Once upon a time, before the invention of the Internet, Netflix and Tinder, there was a film unlike any other. A film that instead of wars and violence was about tenderness and dance. He turned teenagers into flying princesses, and ordinary dances into crazy dance competitions.

The movie “Swirling Sex” is recognized as the worst translated title of all time. To this day, the Polish title arouses extreme feelings, as does the film itself, which, despite initial criticism for 4 decades, ignites the senses, provokes and moves to tears.

Heroes Mania and Henry dream of making their wedding special. Family preparations for the ceremony cause pre-wedding stress. The hit of the event is to be the first dance of the bride and groom inspired by the bride's beloved film — Dirty Dancing. At the dance rehearsal, a new dance instructor Patryk appears in his place, deceptively resembling Patrick Swayze. The next pieces of a perfectly planned puzzle begin to crumble, giving way to the surges of pent-up passion and emotional dilemmas. The heroes, experiencing dance liberation, will be forced to choose between romanticism and cynicism, professionalism and desire, reason and a rush of heart.

Will they be able to find themselves, go beyond the schemes and create their own version of a cinematic fantasy?
In modern Poland, is “Swirling Sex” still capable of provoking a revolution?

We invite you to a dance and musical odyssey into a world full of humor, fantasy and love elation.
