STUCK IN HELP/VOLUNTEER DAY COFFEE PARTY

28 NOVEMBER (SATURDAY) 11:00

A meeting dedicated to volunteering, during which specialists will share their experience in volunteering. Speakers will be: Agnieszka Lissowska-Lewkowicz — president of the Volunteer Center association, Mariola Spryk — coordinator of volunteering at the Intervention Preadoption Center and leader Aleksandra Papis — team member of the 5th Scout Team “Leśnia” in Józefów. We will talk about good practices, values derived from volunteering and how to start your adventure with helping. During the event there will be space for conversations, exchange of experiences and integration. We invite all those who are looking for good energy.

There is also a workshop “Colored plaids” in the plan, during which we will make blankets from ready-made squares made with crochet. Basic sewing skills “to the boat” are needed. The plaids will be donated to charity. Crochet squares are a gift from local residents who took part in the “Świdermajer crochet — let's do it together!”

Admission is free.

Place: House of Science and Art/Willa Frankówka.
