I choose myself: meeting about women and for women

We invite you to a unique meeting around the book “I choose myself” and a conversation about women, their stories, choices, needs and how often in everyday life we have to put ourselves in the background.

We will meet two authors of the book: Ola Pałka and Martyna Kuhn. There will be space to talk about the book, but above all for a real meeting, an exchange of experiences and a reflection on what it means to choose yourself.

We will talk about what gives us strength, what we need to live more our way, and whether choosing ourselves always has to mean great revolutions. Sometimes it starts with a small “yes” to yourself.

During the meeting, you will be able to find out how essential oils can become a small part of daily self-care.

And to make it even more pleasant, we will prepare a small treat for you and above all we will create an atmosphere in which you can simply be - without haste, without expectations and without having to be “someone”.

This will be a time for women. For a conversation. To stop. For inspiration. For being together.
