lecture from the series [Time for art!] (https://www.mnw.art.pl/edukacja/seniorzy/czas-na-sztuke--wyklady/)
hosted by: Katarzyna Ampt
The dog — the first animal domesticated by man — found its place in prehistoric art. The great masters of subsequent eras resorted to the theme of the dog, creating portraits, genre scenes or religious paintings. Together we will try to read what role the images of four-legged friends played and what symbolism was attributed to them.

LECTURES/TIME FOR ART!
Do you have a free Tuesday and want a solid dose of knowledge? The series of popularizing lectures was created for seniors and all those who are interested in painting, sculpture, graphics and architecture. During the meetings, we look at the rich collection of MNW from different, often surprising, perspectives. During the lecture, we encourage you to use the worksheets, which are an invitation to interpret works of art independently. [Check out the full programme of the lecture series TIME FOR ART] (https://www.mnw.art.pl/edukacja/seniorzy/czas-na-sztuke--wyklady/).
