The exhibition of the Creative Group entitled “Memory of the Image” in Lublin Town Hall is a meeting of people united by a common passion for painting and the need for creative self-expression. The presented works were made in oil and acrylic techniques, showing a variety of approaches, sensitivities and individual ways of looking at the world.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on October 26, 2026 at 11:00.
The exhibition can be viewed from October 26 to November 26, 2026.
The authors of the paintings are not professional artists. They are united by a fascination with art, the systematic development of their own skills and the joy that comes from the process of creation. Each image is a record of individual emotions, observations, experiences and inspirations. The variety of works presented allows you to look at painting from many perspectives, to see the richness of possible interpretations. Different themes, compositions, moods, ways of working with color and light appear side by side. Oil technique allows authors to use the richness of textures, depth of colors and subtle tonal transitions. Acrylic, on the other hand, gives the opportunity to act more spontaneously, experiment with form and build strong contrasts.
The presentation of works in the space of the Lublin Town Hall gives this meeting a special dimension, combining contemporary art with a place of exceptional importance for the inhabitants of Lublin.
