Exhibition of graphic miniatures — linocut

We invite you to the Gallery in Passage for an exhibition of graphic miniatures made in the technique of linocut, entitled “Passengers of Art 9 — Exlibris”.

The exhibition will be on view from November 6 to December 11, 2026 at the Gallery in the Passage.

The opening of the exhibition will take place on November 6, 2026 at 17:00.

The exhibition presents the work of students majoring in painting, graphics and artistic education of the Faculty of Arts of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. It shows a variety of views on exlibris, a small but expressive graphic form with an individual character. The collected works, created between 2019 and 2026, are a testimony to the artistic sensitivity, richness of imagination and creative searches of young authors. The variety of themes, compositions and ways of operating the form allows us to discover the wide possibilities of expression offered by the linocut technique.

The exhibition is not only an opportunity to get to know the achievements of young artists, but also an invitation to rediscover the tradition of exlibris — through the prism of contemporary aesthetics, fresh ideas and the constant need for artistic experimentation.

The works were created under the supervision of Dr. Agnieszka Zawadzka.
