About the event

We invite you to an unforgettable journey through time with the exhibition “TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition”, created in collaboration with RMS Titanic, Inc. Covering more than 1,500 m², this unique exhibition showcases more than 170 authentic artifacts excavated from the legendary wreck of the Titanic resting at the bottom of the North Atlantic. Visitors are waiting for unique exhibits, many of which have never been presented before in Europe. Among them are, among others, the steel entrance door through which passengers entered the deck, the control post of Captain Edward Smith and the only preserved cherub in the world - an angel that once adorned the famous first class stairs, which the richest men of the time stepped on. Each of these objects carries in itself a particle of history and emotions, allowing you to feel the atmosphere of the cruise, which has become a symbol of human dreams and tragedies.

The exhibition came to Poland directly from the Science Museum in Pittsburgh (USA) and has already been visited by more than 35 million viewers around the world. It is a unique, educational and moving experience for people of all ages. Walking through the faithful reconstructions of the cabins and corridors of the Titanic, you can learn the true stories of the passengers who forever inscribed themselves in the history of this unusual ship.

The exhibition also includes an extremely interesting space dedicated to the history of Titanic's sister ships, presented for the first time in Poland — OLYMPICA and BRITANNICA — under the title “The Beauty of Sister Ships”. This is a unique opportunity to better understand the extraordinary story of three legendary vessels that have forever been recorded in maritime history. In this room there is also a real surprise for fans of the film “TITANIC” directed by James Cameron (1997) - you can see an authentic clock from the set! This is a real treat for lovers of this story and one of the most unique elements of the entire exposition.

The Poznań edition of the exhibition also includes two unique multimedia zones — the Immersion Room and the Virtual Reality Zone, which allow you to immerse yourself in the history of the Titanic like never before. In the Virtual Reality Zone, visitors can take a virtual journey aboard the legendary ship, from first-class luxury saloons to the engine room and dramatic events of the last night of April 15, 1912. The Immersion Room is an emotional 360° experience in which the image, sound and voices of the passengers create a moving story of the dreams and tragedy of the Titanic.

VR ZONE* Put on your virtual reality goggles and board the Titanic. Experience an extraordinary 10-minute journey aboard the world's most famous ship. See its interiors through the eyes of passengers and crew, from first-class glamour to last night's drama.
