Exhibition of folk works of the inhabitants of Zamojszczyzna entitled “From forgotten grandmother's beads”

The Stanisław Kostka Zamoyski Book of Zamość in Zamość invites organizations, institutions and individuals to co-create an exhibition dedicated to the folk works of the inhabitants of Zamojszczyzna entitled “From forgotten grandmother's beads” organized as part of the project “Woven from the wildflower — meeting with the folk culture of Zamojszczyzna”.

The aim of the exhibition is to disseminate and promote folk culture. The core of the exhibition will be the regional collections of the Zamojska Library in Zamość in the form of compact publications, documents of social life, articles, the content of which will concern, among others, folk poetry, legends, customs and customs. The exhibition will be enriched with exhibits that are works of art, handicrafts, crafts made available for exhibition purposes by willing institutions, organizations and individuals.

The exhibition will be exhibited at the premises in Książnica Zamojska, at 20 Kamienna Street in Zamość from 15 October to 15 December 2026. The opening of the exhibition will take place on 22 October 2026, at 15:00.
