Exhibition of works by Robert Towpik

The Zielona Góra Cultural Centre invites you to the opening of an exhibition of works by Robert Towpik.

Robert Towpik — artist from Zielona Góra, who creates prints in traditional techniques, using pencil and charcoal. His work revolves around symbolism, interpretation of light, transience and spirituality. “I believe that a work of art should not give easy and ready answers to existentially important questions. It leaves room for the co-creator, who contributes his own memory, emotions and sensitivity, thanks to which it becomes possible to read the contents written in it.”

The series of drawings depicts the inner world of man, located between material and symbolic reality. It is looking with the inner eye at the phenomena existing in (meta) reality, trying to feel them and accept their presence.
