Enchanted Queen

The show is recommended for viewers from the age of 6.

A story as old as the world: The Queen stabs herself in the finger with a spindle. The curse of the evil witch is completed. The kingdom falls into lethargy, the manor falls asleep and the castle walls are covered with dense bushes of wild roses. Anyone who approaches the castle dies under unexplained circumstances (some say, not without the participation of insidious traps and mean spells of a certain Huli Babula). Will there ever be a daredevil who can resist the magic of a witch and break a hundred-year dream with a kiss? Evil will make every effort to nullify the efforts of the pretenders to the hand of the queen. And he has rich resources for it: wild beasts, forest dragons, moon dwarves... But Dobro will not stand with folded hands waiting for the coveted Happy End. The enchanted Cat and the royal servant, Palipieca, will not give up a single step of the hero named Staszek in his labors. Courage, cleverness and a sensitive heart will be their weapons. The path of the daredevil to the desired goal, as it happens in fairy tales, will be winding and bumpy. The news will be through the dark thickets of the Huli Babula forest, the murky alleys of the Krakow market square, to the distant craters of the silver globe...

The acting ensemble of the play received the 45th Opole Theatre Confrontations Award “for launching the mechanism of play”.
