JAZZ SONGS GABA JANUSZ “NOT PRESENT”

GABA JANUSZ “ABSENT”. JAZZ SOULS Music that stays with us. There are artists who are no longer with us. But their music? She's still alive. And sometimes the first few sounds are enough for the memories to come back. “Start with Bach” “Alley of Stars” “Still in the Green Grams” on October 30th in #GCK we invite you to a unique concert “NIEOBECNI” — full of beautiful melodies, emotions and new jazz interpretations of great Polish composers. We will hear music by, among others, Wodecki, Lipka, Stańka, Komeda and “Dudus” Matuszkiewicz. This will not be an ordinary memorial concert. Well-known compositions received new jazz arrangements by Michał Ciesielski. Thanks to this, the music we know will sound fresh, contemporary and at times completely surprising. The “NIEOBECNI” project grew out of six years of organizing the Rzeszów Jazz Zaduszki by Gaba Janusz. It is a repertoire that over the years has been presented at subsequent concerts, and today it also lives on record and on stage. Great creators. Great Polish songs. New Arrangements. And music that never passes away. 30 October | 18:00 Giżyckie Centrum Kultury — cinema hall Tickets: PLN 40 with resident card Book your evening. Come and listen to the music that stayed with us. Some artists can be said goodbye. Their music, no.
