Zakopower — Koledowo

Ladies and gentlemen, we offer you an unforgettable evening — a Christmas party that will surely remain in your memory for a long time and set you in the Christmas mood.

A Christmas carol evening with Zakopower and the Sebastian Karpiel Bułecki Band!

Two different, intertwined concerts in one evening. The program consists of traditional Polish carols and pastorałki from Podhale, but one who expects only classical performances would be surprised. Songs in traditional, highlander, acoustic performance (violin, Podhale bass, bagpipes) mix with energetic, modernly arranged ones. It will be possible to sing together with Sebastian and his colleagues popular carols, among others: “When Christ is Born” or “They Came to Bethlehem” but also to listen to how the Christmas carol was and continues to be sung today in Podhale. An additional taste of the concert are the Christmas songs that we know well, such as “Lulaj że mi lulej” performed by Mrs. Ewa Bem in the film “Bear”, or the famous Skalda song “Bieće carol” or even “Feliz Navidad”, known from radio stations of the Skalds
