Zamilska (PL) | CONCERT | FONOMO
Zamilska has remained one of the most characteristic figures of Polish electronics for years. Her concerts are based on a trance rhythm and a powerful bass sound, but Natalia Zamilskaya's work goes beyond techno. It combines electronics with world music, industrial and film music, also reaching for inspiration with much more radical sounds.
She developed her career after her debut album “Untune”, and subsequent releases - “Undone”, “Uncovered” and “United Kingdom Of Anxiety” - brought her further international interest. Her tracks were featured on the BBC by Iggy Pop, the artist joined Kim Gordon's European tour as a special guest, and Nine Inch Nails included “FuckFray” on their official recommendation playlist.
Zamilska's music also functions in films, series and games. The artist created the award-winning soundtrack for the game “RUINER” and the music for Mateusz Rakowicz's film “Mother's Day”; the song “Rise” was used in the campaign of the film “From the World of John Wick: Ballerina”. She has collaborated with, among others, Nosowska, Maria Peszek, Paulina Przybysz and Quebonafide, as well as a tour with the band Furia.
