Saved in the Clouds - Speeches by Oskar Rogowski and Radosław Pisula

We invite you to two lectures led by Oskar Rogowski and Radosław Pisula, founders of the Subtitles channel.

From the comic to the screen: what do we lose, what do we gain? — a lecture given by Oskar Rogowski, internet creator and comic book translator. During the meeting, we will pay attention to what advantages the comic has and what concessions filmmakers have to make when adapting comic stories.

Comics the best of the worst — a lecture given by Radosław Pisula, author of the Subtitles channel on YouTube. In his talk, he will mention the worst comics that have been written in the history of this medium. These will be titles that are not only a curiosity, but also show how diverse the world of comics can be.

Co-financed from the funds of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund — a state special purpose fund.
