“NOTES OF A RED ARMY OFFICER”

“NOTES OF A RED ARMY OFFICER” is a play based on the prose of Sergiusz Piasecki. It tells about the problem of the individual in wartime.

Senior Lieutenant Mikhail Zubov enters bourgeois Poland on September 17, 1939. For a man raised in a totalitarian system, Poland is a country of contradictions and wonders. The lieutenant interprets reality in his own way. At first glance, the world perceived by him is grotesque and comic. However, time is inexorable, war accidents experience our hero. This unusual story can be seen in the monodrama of Peter Cyrus.
