Joe and Angela are married with more than a dozen years of experience. On the surface, their relationship seems to be exemplary: a compatible, calm life in a decent neighborhood, a successful child, a good material status. However, under the surface there are mutual grievances, minor conflicts and, above all, boredom and routine. When Joe and Angela invite a pair of mysterious neighbors to dinner one evening, a casual and friendly conversation begins to turn into a game full of ambiguity. What has hitherto been hidden comes to light, and the unspoken desires of spirit and body begin to take on dangerously real forms. Will both couples go to sleep in their own beds tonight?
