Krystyna, Lena and Mariola meet again at the bridge. Three friends, three different characters, lots of shared memories and... a new man in the life of one of them.

It is Alex met through the Internet - handsome, young, he begins to occupy more and more space in her life. He writes, calls, says exactly what every woman would like to hear. There is only one problem: they have never met before.

My friends have doubts from the beginning. But love is blind, so it is difficult to convince a woman in love that she did not find the one at all. And when all three begin to look at the whole story closely, the situation spirals out of control, and the urn with Marysia's ashes mysteriously disappears.

“The jokes are over!” is a humorous story about the need for closeness, loneliness, hope, and how easy it is to believe what we really want to believe. But above all, it's another story about friendship: one that can tell the truth, get out of trouble and stay, even when things start to get complicated.
