Slaughtered | Splat! FilmFest

Sarah wants to make money by selling leggings on streams, but after signing the contract, she begins to be stalked by a killer with an ax. Benny's courier must deliver a leaky package that he must not look into or show fear in front of. In turn, poet Joel takes a job as a moderator of online recordings and watches more gruesome films in the hope of promotion. In “The Slaughter”, the simple need to earn money drags the characters into increasingly absurd nightmares. This brilliant horror anthology with Barbara Crampton weaves various stories into a malicious satire on the world of work, where the promise of a better tomorrow allows you to demand everything from people. The macabre, dark humor and madness of the horror films of the 80s and 90s make corporate exploitation so terrifying.
