STOP. LISTEN. GET SOME REST.

Workshops and relaxation concert to the sounds of Tibetan bowls, gong and other instruments

This meeting is an introduction to a series of three meetings with sound that will take place in October, November and December.

I invite both people who want to experience relaxation to the sounds of Tibetan bowls, gong and other instruments for the first time, as well as those who already have experience with this kind of meetings and want to deepen their relationship with sound.

It is not necessary to have any previous experience in meditation, yoga or working with sound.

Is it possible to really relax just by listening?

I invite you to a unique meeting with sound, during which we will slow down for a while and allow ourselves to rest from the daily rush and excess of stimuli.

INTRODUCTORY PART

The meeting will begin with an approximately 30-minute introduction to the world of sound. We will talk about what sound is, how we perceive it and why music and certain types of sounds can affect our well-being, attention and level of relaxation.

We will also consider whether sound can become one of the tools to support health and well-being in the future and what modern knowledge says about it. We will talk about the possible benefits of being in contact with properly selected sounds, among other things, promoting relaxation, calming, reducing tension and quality of rest.

There will also be an opportunity to directly experience the vibration of Tibetan bowls on the body. You will see what it is like to work with bowls in contact with the body and you will be able to feel how listening to sound differs from directly experiencing its vibrations.

It is also an opportunity to see and experience what a massage with sound bowls looks like on the body.

RELAXATION CONCERT

After the introductory part, a concert of about 90 minutes will begin.

In a comfortable sitting or lying position, it will be possible to simply listen. Tibetan bowls, gongs, bells and other instruments will create a changing sound space, allowing you to distract from everyday affairs for a while.

Just come, find a comfortable place and listen.

THE MEETING CONSISTS OF:

🎵 about 30 minutes — introduction to the world of sound, Tibetan bowls and gong

🎵 about 90 minutes — relaxation concert

WHAT TO TAKE?

Comfortable clothes and, if we want to listen to the concert lying down, our own mat, blanket and pillow. Come 15 minutes early and don't be late...

FOR WHOM?

For adults - both those who want to get to know the world of Tibetan bowls, gong and other instruments for the first time, as well as those who already have experience with this kind of meetings.

CONTRAINDICATIONS to attend the concert: pacemaker, Buerger and Raynaud's disease and women up to 3 months of pregnancy.

LEADING

Ewa Kaczanowska — passionate about working with sound and conducting relaxation concerts using sound bowls, gong and other instruments.

She developed her knowledge through specialized training in the field of working with sound. She graduated from:

• Nada Yoga course — sound therapy, 1st and 2nd degree,

• course “Fundamentals of sound therapy — individual work with sound bowls”,

• course “Advanced sound therapy techniques — working with groups, gong and other instruments”,

• course “Sound Healing Masterclass”

During the meetings he uses Tibetan bowls, gongs, bells and other instruments, creating a multi-layered sound space conducive to calm and rest.

Her approach combines practical work with sound with education about its perception and importance in everyday functioning.

You don't have to believe in sound. All you have to do is listen to him.
