Ze Sztuka na Ty is a modern series of intergenerational educational workshops for children and adults, which encourages the joint discovery of contemporary art through direct contact with works from the Bunker Art Collection.
The second cycle of the project is aimed at school-age youth (grades 5—7) and their parents and guardians. Each meeting begins with a joint introduction, and then participants work in their groups, learning different artistic techniques and creating their own works of art. Through parallel workshops for youth and adults, all participants — regardless of age — can experience and interpret the art and then share their insights.
Parents and guardians during the workshop will not only gain knowledge about the tools of working with children and supporting their creative development, but will also immerse themselves in the world of art, deepen their artistic experience and create their own works.
The program includes a total of 14 meetings for children and adults, divided into two cycles carried out from May to November 2026. The aim of the project is to develop creativity, aesthetic sensitivity and cultural competences such as dialogue, openness to different perspectives and a conscious perception of contemporary art. The workshops also support the building of intergenerational relationships and encourage active participation in culture.
What happens to the symbol of strength when hard armor becomes soft as a pillow? How can you change the characters and make the familiar bizarre? What material should the sculptures be made of, what will happen if you turn marble into cotton wool? Inspired by Justyna Koeke's work “Knights” we will create our own small installations combining different materials from recovery.
Educator Agata Kokoryn is responsible for the program of workshops for children and their implementation.
In her work, Justyna Koeke addresses the topic of toxic family relationships. There are frustrations and fears that collide with grotesque and joke. In the work “Knights” he shows mutated portraits of parents dressed in armor created from soft quilted fabric. Inspired by these objects, we will try to create spatial forms. The starting point will be a simplified profile turned in the imagination of the creator into an image of a family member, which we will fill with stationery and textile materials. In this way, a sculptural form will be created, which is the embodiment of our fears and emotions enclosed in an unreal form.
Educator Katarzyna Grudniewska is responsible for the program of workshops for adults and their implementation.
