Thief

After a gala dinner, John and Barbara, along with friends Jenny and Trevor, return to a luxurious country house. Turns out they were robbed. The phone is deaf, Barbara has towed with alcohol, and danger is still in the air. This time, friends will not be united by a cocktail-party, but by a common threat. When evening falls, facts come to light that the protagonists would prefer to hide. What's in the safe? Why does Trevor always lose and Barbara hides her birth certificate? What's in the medallion? Wasn't something more valuable than jewels and money stolen? The show entertains, sparking with brilliant jokes.

Brave twists lead to a surprising finale. A reflection also emerges from the lively plot: do not our secrets affect relationships with others? The question is posed by Eric Chappell, author of The Thief, creator of box office scripts for English comedy series and plays, winner of the British Film Academy Award.
