Aurora. Tales from the Light

The show draws inspiration from myths and legends related to the northern lights, constellations and snow. The creators take the audience on a journey into the world of stories that children and adults have been weaving for centuries looking at the winter sky. Watching the stars, children tell stories that are triggered by their exuberant imaginations. These stories are very often close to the mythical ones. In the mythologies of different cultures one can find colorful stories, which we combine in the performance into short abstract images of intersecting words, visuals and sounds.

The contrast to the sky sparkling with stories and bustling, is the calm, silence and stillness of the white expanses of snow. In the world of immortalized childhood, we offer viewers and viewers the opportunity to immerse themselves in the experience of not being born, which is why the show has elements of relaxation. So we invite you to look at the surrounding stage reality from different positions — including the lying one.

Information from the creators of the show: Before entering the Liliput Stage, take off your shoes to sit comfortably on the crater and listen to “Aurora”.
