Become a volunteer at the Crossroads 2026 festival! — Call for applications until 17/09

The Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art is looking for volunteers to collaborate in the organization and promotion of the international festival of performing arts Rozdroże 2026.

The festival will take place on: 29.09-5.10.2026.

Expected period of volunteering: September 17 — October 2 this year

Number and dates of activities — to be agreed. Single shifts will usually be between 12.00 and 17.00.
Applications should be sent to wolontariat@u-jazdowski.pl by 17 September this year in accordance with the guidelines given in the attached link - volunteering.
Those involved in volunteering can participate in the events of the festival free of charge.

About the festival

The international festival of performing arts Rozdroże, organized since 1994, presents valuable works from the borders of contemporary dance, theater and visual arts.

The 29th edition of the festival will showcase the work of artists from Japan, Finland, Belgium and Poland, including the outstanding Finnish choreographer and dancer Tero Saarinen and the outstanding Japanese dancer Yasushi Kuro. Both have never been to Warsaw. Tero Saarinen is a Finnish dancer and choreographer. He is one of the most respected dance artists operating in the Nordic countries. In 1996, he founded the contemporary dance ensemble Tero Saarinen Company, which has performed with success in many countries in Europe, America and Asia. The festival will also feature Japanese dancer and choreographer Yasushi Kurotaki, winner of the Grand Prix at the Japan Solo Choreography Competition in Tokyo in 2023. In addition, the works of the contemporary dance ensemble Rosas from Brussels and the outstanding choreographer Anne Terese de Keersmaeker, leading the ensemble, and the Warsaw group Akademia Ruchu will be presented.
