Visiting Kazimiera Iłakowiczówna's Apartment-Studio

Those who did not have the opportunity to visit a unique poetess — Kazimiera Iłłakowiczówna — in the apartment where she spent several decades, can take a tour of the exhibition in the tenement house at 4 Gajowa Street.

Surrounded by furniture and trinkets, each of which hides its own story, the guide will tell, among others, about Iłła's childhood with a criminal mystery in the background, about her youthful rebellion, irreconcilable character in the work of a civil servant, numerous travels and what happened to her “in exile in Poznań”.
